Price Match Policy

We want you to feel confident that you are always getting the best value when you shop with us. If you find the same product offered at a lower price by a competing South African retailer, we will happily match their price, subject to the following terms:

• Identical Product: The item must be the exact same make, model and specification as the one sold on our site, and must be in stock and available for immediate purchase through the competitor.
• Authorised Retailer: The competing offer must come from a legitimate, authorised retailer operating in South Africa. We do not match prices from auction sites, marketplace sellers or private listings.
• Publicly Advertised Pricing: The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time you request a match. You will need to provide a link or an official advertisement showing the competitor’s price.
• Exclusions: We do not match prices that result from clearance sales, liquidations, closeouts, preorders, loyalty or membership discounts, or limited time promotions like flash sales. Shipping charges, service fees and extra discounts are not considered in the price match.
• Claim Process: To request a price match, please contact our customer service team at usmartlights@gmail.com before placing your order. Include details of the product and evidence of the competitor’s lower price. Once verified, we will adjust your purchase price to match.
• Limitations: Each price match applies to a single quantity of the identical product. We reserve the right to deny requests if we cannot verify the competitor’s price or if the request does not meet our eligibility conditions.
